portion sizes simple answer we don't we've just sort of naturally figured out how much that we need to eat in a given day so it's like you see that the portion of chilli that we had and the what we eat in a day video you know my portion is about 3 cups Jessica's portion is about 2 cups and that's just because that's what we sort of figured out how much we need yeah but we are you know as Jessica said for the plan we we have things that we are unlimited we have things that we are limited we can eat and there are things that we cannot eat even in the limited category you know like we we just don't eat those certain things those are the only things that that sort of portioned control but even then we don't really even do that it's more so just like how we okay they're weird that's all I'm eating like if you're supposed to eat a cup of X per day or maximum cup of grains or starchy vegetables per day it kind of for example it's not like
